MQL Development Ltd ("Licensor") grants you a nontransferable, nonexclusive license to use Byte : Analyze and Portfolio Tracking App (the "Licensed Application") on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service.
You may not distribute, transfer, sublicense, or make the Licensed Application available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time. You may not copy (except as permitted by this license and Apple's Usage Rules), reverse-engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the Licensed Application, any updates, or any part thereof, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
Byte : Analyze and Portfolio Tracking App offers subscription-based services ("Subscriptions") that provide additional features and functionality for portfolio tracking, market analysis, and cryptocurrency investment management.
You agree that Licensor may collect and use limited, non-personally identifiable technical and usage data, processed locally on your device or in aggregated form, solely to facilitate software updates, improve app performance, and provide support.
We do not collect, store, or process user login credentials, exchange API keys, or transaction data on our servers. All such data remains under your control on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy.
This License remains effective until terminated by you or MQL Development Ltd. Your rights will automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this License. Upon termination, you must stop using the Licensed Application and delete all copies.
The Licensed Application may enable access to external services provided by third parties, including:
You agree to use these External Services at your own risk. Licensor is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party External Services.
When you connect your exchange accounts (Binance, Coinbase, etc.), you are responsible for:
Important: We are not responsible for any losses incurred through trading activities, whether manual or automated. Trading cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk of loss. You should never trade with funds you cannot afford to lose.
The Licensed Application does not have custody of your funds and cannot initiate withdrawals from your exchange accounts.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that use of the Licensed Application is at your sole risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensed Application and any services provided through it are offered "as is" and "as available," with all faults and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
Licensor disclaims all warranties and conditions with respect to the Licensed Application and services, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement of third-party rights.
The Licensed Application does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
Market data, prices, and trading information are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for trading decisions.
To the extent not prohibited by law, MQL Development Ltd shall not be liable for personal injury or any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, trading losses, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Licensed Application.
In no event, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, shall Licensor's total liability exceed fifty U.S. dollars ($50.00).

If you are a U.S. Government end user, the Licensed Application is provided as a "Commercial Item" with only those rights as are granted to other end users under this License.
This Agreement is governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If you are a resident of the European Union, Switzerland, Norway, or Iceland, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence will also apply.
Your use of the Licensed Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
From time to time, the Licensed Application may be updated to improve features, fix bugs, or enhance performance. By using the Licensed Application, you consent to receiving such updates automatically or manually via the App Store.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted within the Licensed Application or on our website. Continued use of the Licensed Application after changes take effect constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.
You retain ownership of your portfolio data, trading history, and other content you create using the Licensed Application. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Licensed Application complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on the rights of others.
